Semi-Custom Guide

Before ordering your semi-custom wedding stationery, please have a look at the options below to personalize your suite.

Semi-custom wedding stationery can take 4-6 weeks to produce.  The timeline will depend on the complexity of your order and the number of edit rounds required.

Once your stationery order is placed, you will hear from me within 7-10 business days with a digital mockup via email. One round of revisions is included with your order, it can include minor text and calligraphy adjustments but no changes may be made to the overall design (unless you’re adding a venue illustration or custom map). If additional revision rounds are required, a design fee of $175 CAD per round will be applied. It is important to consider that design revisions will lengthen production time.

When your digital proof has been approved, production begins. Typically production takes 2-3 weeks upon approval of your designs, and shipping takes 4-6 business days via Canada Post Expedited. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is complete and shipped.

ORDERING

For your convenience, you can order and personalize your semi-custom stationery directly from my website. Once you select your quantity, paper type, and print method you will be prompted to complete a personalization form (wording, colours, etc.). Once all items (stationery pieces and add-ons) are added to your cart, submit your order and the full payment.

When selecting your quantity, please keep in mind not all guests require their own wedding invitation suite- typically one suite is sent per household.

 PAPER TYPES

110lb Card Stock Lightly textured and soft to the touch, 110lb card stock is compatible with all print methods and has straight cut edges. Please browse the colour options below.

Handmade Paper Handmade papers are made by hand with cotton fibres and natural deckled edges. Handmade paper is only compatible with letterpress or metallic foil print methods.

Vellum Vellum is a semi-transparent paper. Vellum is only compatible with digital flat printing, and I recommend selecting either black or white ink to guarantee legibility.

 PRINT METHODS

Flat Digital The most cost effective option, this method moves paper through a digital printer, offering no textile experience.

Letterpress A form of relief printing in which a deep impression is left in the paper, offering a beautiful tactile experience.

Metallic Foil Using metal dies, a thin layer of metallic foil is imprinted onto the surface of the paper using pressure and heat.

 ENVELOPES

Envelopes are included in semi-custom orders. They feature a deep-v flap and are sized appropriately with their corresponding card. Digitally printed return addresses are included with your order (back of outer envelope and front of inner envelope), please visit the stationery add-on page to explore calligraphy guest addressing.
